Ingredients: Chickpeas/Cannellini Beans/Red Lentils, Roast Vegetables, Lemon Juice, Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Non-GMO Sunflower Oil Filtered, Tahini, Water, Cumin, Coriander, Smoked Paprika, Celtic Sea Salt, Garlic (please note amounts will vary with each flavour version)

How to Prepare: Defrost in the fridge. Use as a dip with your favourite raw veggie sticks or spread to your heart's desire. Fantastic on Zucchini and Quinoa Fritters. I love to add fine sprouts on top for a dose of 'living' :)
